TV > Anchor/Reporter
Tesia Worley was a mainstay on ABC's Good Morning Hawai'i on KITV.
Her interest for film began while anchoring her high schools morning broadcast Puka mai kala at Kamehameha Schools. Tesia’s itch for broadcasting grew as she hosted OC16’s Brown Bags to Stardom.
Her self-help and personal development book, Upgrading Your Future, published in 2015 utilizes real stories to inspire others despite any adversities; challenging each individual to look within themselves and create new doors of opportunities. Journalism was an avenue for her to continue to share the stories of the people within her community. She joined the ABC network as a host for the business segment, she quickly outgrew her roll and then took on the challenge of being their full-time weather forecaster. Within five years at the station, she continued to grow as an anchor, reporter, producer and digital content lead.
Tesia was Hawaii's recipient for Local Newswomen with The Best Hair.
Tesia introduced the first and longest running health segment that would air weekly. She's produced and hosted features from food to fitness in hopes others will join her toward a healthy active lifestyle.
